My Wish For You – Stepping Into Mindfulness

My Wish For You

My wish for you is one day very soon you will stand in your own light and shine with luminosity, proud and comfortable in your own being.  You will not judge yourself harshly or hide from the perceived judgements of others.  You will just be – as you are with glowing pride, standing ten feet tall.

My wish for you, from the depth of my heart, is one day very soon you will see what I see.  When you look in the mirror you will see and feel courage, strength, love, gentleness, kindness and joy – real joy!

My wish for you is one day very soon you will soar as high as a falcon.  You will own your space in the world as majestically as a heron perched on the roof of your car.  You will feel you belong in any given moment,  perceiving your truth and trusting your intuition with clarity.

My wish for you is one day very soon, you will stand without apology or awkwardness, wishing the ground to swallow you up.  For the earth will support you and raise you up toward the sun, as it does with a prize ranunculus, revered for complexity and beauty.

My wish for you is that you take one step at a time.  Don’t rush.  Savour the journey and the gifts that come with the lessons learnt and the choices that reveal themselves with mindfulness.
