As a health and wellness coach, I help people achieve physical and emotional wellbeing by providing guidance, support, and accountability.
Health and wellness coaching is a personal journey for me, particularly when I’m coaching someone struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression, or hypertension. I’ve been there and have resurfaced out the other side of these battles.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and we all have solutions buried deep within, ready to be explored. I have a knack for asking pertinent questions that help you break through those cyclical thoughts toward clarity and peace of mind and for knowing when you need motivation.
With many tools at the ready and extensive personal experience in utilising them for my own well-being, I am well-prepared to accompany you on your wellness journey and guide you toward discovering a healthier, happier version of yourself.

My Coaching Process
01. We Work Together
We are co-creators within this Client-Coach relationship.
You already have an inner wisdom. However, sometimes we can’t hear that inner voice due to mind chatter.
My role as Coach is to assist you in tapping into that inner wisdom, and lead you to understanding the necessary steps toward achieving your desired wellness goals.
02. Goal Setting
Once we have clarity around your goals, we are able to better define your unique road map toward success.
This phase of the process is about breaking down those goals into stepping stones so they feel achievable.
We co-create milestones and I hold you accountable for achieving them by checking in, cheering you, and encouraging you when it gets challenging.
03. Honouring Humanness
Change can be intense, particularly when we encounter intense emotions and our inner saboteur.
As your Coach, I guide you through these times, allowing you to understand why this is happening and how to keep moving forward while being gentle with yourself.
