They work with individuals to identify potential areas of improvement, create a plan to achieve goals, and provide support and encouragement as the individual successfully achieves their outcomes.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with motivation or follow-through or perspective, then working with a Health and Wellness Coach may help you find your clarity and the way forward to achieving your goals.
During a coaching session with me, you will be doing the talking and I will be doing the listening. Without judgement, I will be asking a lot of questions with the intent of guiding you to your clarity.
Once we understand what has previously blocked you from moving forward, we then work together to create a way forward to success.
A coaching process is about the journey as much as it is about arriving at the destination.
